Powerful and comfortable the ALL NEW Roadster-250 2009 Special Edition is ready to cruise you across town or across the State. It is manufactured by JMSTAR, a large ISO-9001 certified factory with state of the art manufacturing equipment, processes, and quality controls. Close attention is given to maintaining the highest levels of quality. It's Liquid-Cooled 250cc 4-Stroke Engine is strong and economical, having the power to easily maintain highway speeds and still get up 70-90 MPG, as the gas prices are fluctuating, the Roadster-250 Scooter is a great choice for everyone. The Liquid-coolant system combines with oil cooling and has an upgraded fill nozzle for better distribution of the coolant and bigger hoses for better flow of the coolant. This upgraded coolant system is 3 times efficient than the previous water cooled Touring models, it resists overheating in both stop'n go traffic and at highway speeds making this a great choice for weekday commutes and highway travel. Reliable operation, the variable diameter pulley CVT automatic transmission helps this scooter to accelerate quickly and reach a top speed of up to 75 to 80 MPH. The upgraded extra large windscreen provides added protection from the elements which results in a more comfortable ride in even less than ideal conditions. Pull back handlebars allow for best riding position for those long drives. Other upgraded equipment includes Both front and rear ABS Disc Brakes for safer operation which most other scooters are lacking. A smooth ride is provided by the large diameter touring tires and dual-shock suspension. A factory installed AM/FM/CD stereo is included to play your favorite tunes. The factory's standard stereo can be replaced with a "Pioneer" Radio/MP3/WMA/iPod player at an extra $100. This newly upgraded all-digital unit allows you to create huge music libraries on one single CD, which makes for hours and hours of unspoiled listening pleasure, connect your portable devices directly through the front AUX input. The "Pioneer" stereo also comes with a wireless remote control which is compatible with many aftermarket Remote Infrared Eye systems, and would allow you to adjust tunes and volume from the mounted position of the scooter while riding the scooter. The Roadster-250 2009 Special Edition comes with remote starter which you can start your scooter from reasonable distance with the cool Mercedes Benz style key. Also comes equipped with Anti-theft security system, Sporty Mercedes style rear trunk, light-up saddlebags, chrome engine & muffler, full instrumentation, high visibility signals, digital clock and dual speakers. Must say this is a eye turner. Assembly is minor, it probly took 15min tops. Scooter's preformance is great. I'm 230lbs and I'm getting 75mph ang 86mpg. Problems have been few, the issue seems to be more of a Qaulity control issue, little details show like paint runs, wind shield condition and not punching the holes out for molded speaker holders. I'm now at 565 miles running great. Technical service and warrenty turn around have been outstanding. Look forward to buying more bke for the family
