In order to receive registration paperwork that includes MSO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin) and bill of sale for your vehicle, please fill out the MSO Request Form (one for each vehicle) and fax back to us at 412-831-7256, or you can scan and email it to service@family-motors.net. VIN number starts with letter "L" and has a total of 17 digits; Engine number is optional and is no longer required. You may also find both VIN and engine numbers outside of the box on a packing list. We will send you registration paper work according to the complete information that you provide. Registration paper work generally requires 2 to 3 days to process after we receive your complete MSO Request Form depending on how many customers submit their requests before you.

Note: Some manufacturers include MSO's inside of each vehicle's packaging, in that case you will need to "mail" the MSO back to us at the address listed below along with your complete MSO Request Form so that we will sign the MSO as the Dealer and mail it back to you along with your bill of sale.  IMPORTANT ~Do NOT fill out anything on the MSO (front nor back), fill out just the MSO Request Form and mail both papers to us altogether. MSO is supposed to be filled out and signed off by the Dealer/Seller ONLY. We will notify you by email if the MSO was shipped with your vehicle, so please pay close attention to our emails.
