In order to receive registration paperwork that includes signed MCO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin) and bill of sale for your vehicle, please fill out the Title Request Form (one for each vehicle) and fax back to us at 916-913-1349, or you can scan and email it to service@family-motors.net. VIN number starts with letter "L" and has a total of 17 digits; Engine number is optional and is no longer required. You may also find both VIN and engine numbers outside of the box on a packing list. We will send you registration paper work according to the complete information that you provide. Registration paper work generally requires 7 to 10 days to process after we receive your complete Title Request Form depending on how many customers submit their requests before yours.

Note: Some manufacturers include MCO inside of each vehicle's packaging, in that case you will need to "mail" the MCO back to us at the address listed below along with your complete Title Request Form so that we will sign the MCO to the end user's name and mail it back to you along with your bill of sale.  IMPORTANT ~Do NOT fill out anything on the MCO (front or back), fill out just the Title Request Form and mail both pages to us altogether. MCO is supposed to be filled out and signed off by the Dealer/Seller ONLY. We will notify you by email if the MCO was shipped with your vehicle, so please pay close attention to our emails.
